45-minute Mommy & Me Mat Pilates Class focused on reconnecting to and strengthening our bodies while connecting with our little ones and one another.

What To Bring -

  • Anything your little one needs to be happy & comfortable during class; toys, blanket to lay on, bouncy seat, books, bottle / snacks, etc.

  • Hydration

This class is body weight only - mat is provided to use during the class.
